We completely respect your privacy at the ASAQS Webshop. We will never sell, rent or give away your name, e-mail or address to anyone - ever.
We will use your e-mail address only to communicate with you about your orders. Please note that if you register as an ASAQS Webshop customer, your shipping details and billing details (minus credit card details) will be kept in a secure server for your use the next time you shop with us.
However, this information is exclusively used for the handling of your orders and for your added convenience. It will never be sold, rented or given away to a third party.
Security
Ordering from The ASAQS Webshop is safe and secure. From the moment you enter our "shop ", you are on a secure server, using what is called SSL (secure socket layer) technology - the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

How do I cancel an order?
If you have received an order confirmation from us via e-mail, then you should reply on that particular e-mail stating the reasons of your cancellation. Or you can contact one of our sales representatives. Click here for our contact details.
Please note that you cannot cancel an order once you have received a "shipped" notification. You will need to read our "Return Policy" in this case.
Prices.
All prices quoted within the ASAQS Webshop are in South African Rands and include for 14% Value Added Tax.

I haven't received my order yet!
Normal delivery time is 2-3 business days. If you did not receive a "back order" notification or a "shipment" notification from us, please contact us as soon as possible.
You still haven't answered my question!

Returns
We will gladly refund your money in full - minus original shipping costs - as long as the item has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. This does not apply to documents or software that have been despatched to you.
We hope it never comes to this, but if it ever does, please contact us on +27 11 315 4140 during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:00pm) and let us know why you were not happy with your purchase.
If there was something we forgot to mention in our product description or if the product does not meet your expectations, we'd like to know!

Shipping

Order confirmation
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
Shipping confirmation
You will then receive a second e-mail from us at some point to notify you as soon as your order has been shipped. This second email should include tracking information if you have selected a courier service for delivery.
All orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours that we receive them, if in stock.
Orders submitted on a weekend
Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. Please contact us if you do not receive a second email from us within 2 business days confirming shipment of your order.
Choices of shipping method
Normal postage - cheapest, but can take time!
"Postal or collect" service through Postnet - usually next day if orders are received before 11h30 am.
"Door to door" courier service - if you need your order delivered in a hurry use this method, it's unfortunately the most expensive choice!
"International" - delivery of items outside South Africa - we will e-mail you with a quote for normal postage and courier charges.
Item not in stock
If the order is no longer in stock, you will be notified within one business day and be given the opportunity to either backorder or cancel.
